using one of the following army lists.
The army list section of the
Armies of Germany book.
The army list section of the
Armies of United States book.
The army list section of the
Armies of Great Britain book.
The army list section of the
Armies of Soviet Union book.
The army list section of the
Armies of Imperial Japan book.
The army list section of the
Italy and the Axis book.
The army list section of France and
the Allies book.
Theater Selectors may be used,
but be aware that you may be facing out of period armies. Also if you choose a
Theater Selector, you must take all special rules that apply to that Theater
Selector.
You must use the same army list
for all games and you must provide a copy of your list to the event organizers
as well as to each of your opponents.
All armies
must be fully painted, no un finished models will be used. Also each player
must provide a “base” model for the Demolition scenario. The base may not be on
anything larger than a 60mm base. You may use any 28mm figures of your
choosing, they must be based on 1” round style bases. Vehicles may be 1/48th or
1/56th scale.
We know you guys are reasonable players, and we look to you to make the right decision in the myriad of situations this issue could arise. If you are unable to, please call over the Organizers to make the call for you and their decision will be final
Scoring for the event will be a combination of Battle Points, Sportsmanship and Paint scores for Overall placement. In order to be eligible for Best Painted, you must have painted the army yourself and you must disclose the fact that someone else painted your army.

Also if Warlord releases any other articles or PDFs at the time of the event and you want to use them, than you must provide a copy to the tournament organizer and to your opponent. This is to make it fair for folks that may not be able to get these articles or PDFs to be able to see the special rules that apply to these new models.
Curiosity overcomes me -- does anyone ever play the Polish or the French?
